1. So, from the 1st July 2021, exclusively to VB Media customers, Venture Banners will no longer charge for delivery on all API connected orders.

    That is superb news! Speaking to our VB Media customers, one of the issues they faced was explaining to local customers, who invariably would pick up their orders from them, that there is a delivery charge.

    As a VB Media customer who sells Venture Banners products, you need to make sure you take advantage of that. But what if the order comes in over the phone rather than the website? No problem, you need to create a manual order and process it in the normal way.

Here’s how:

    1. Click on Orders then Add an Order.
    2. Type in your customers email address and click Add Order.
    3. Add billing, delivery and order lines.

    That’s it! From here on its the same as processing any other order.
